New Policies and Procedures Following COVID-19
First, let me say, I'm so excited to see everyone again! We are happy to be able to open our doors again to all of you. In order to do that, we have put into place some new policies and procedures to help keep you, our community, as well as ourselves safe. Please read and familiarize yourself with them before coming in for your appointment.
1- Please DO NOT come in if you are sick. Even if you are sure it's not COVID-19 related. Please text me or call the salon and let us know. I will not be charging for illness related late cancellations.
2- All clients AND service providers MUST wear a mask for the duration of their time in the salon. That includes the duration of your service. If you do not have a mask, a disposable one will be provided for you.
3- At this time Method + Madness will not be serving refreshments. You may bring in personal items which you can keep on your person (or in this case with your clothes) + 1 drink. (Like a water bottle or coffee)
Please note that our lobby is closed.
Only the person receiving services will be admitted into the building. Please do not bring children or other guests with you or you may forfeit your appointment time and we will have to reschedule.
Because of capacity regulations we do not have a front desk coordinator working. This allows us to accommodate more clients. If you call the salon and don't get an answer, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Thank you in advance for your patience.
When you arrive for your appointment please wait either in your car or outside. Text me at 425-919-7094 and I will let you know when I am ready for you.
Please observe social distancing recommendations of 6 feet
Please have your mask on and sanitize your hands when you enter the salon.
Good to Know
The staff at Method + Madness and myself are diligently working to maintain a clean and sanitary environment for you to receive services. All surfaces are wiped down with disinfectants between EVERY client. Tools are washed and disinfected. Sheets, blankets and capes are laundered between EVERY client. Most of these are things we've always done, but it's good to know.
I know this seems like a lot and it can feel a little overwhelming. We are all learning and growing together, and together we will thrive!
